After a month and 1extra day as we overstayed, it's was time to leave Indonesia for Thailand and see what's happening over there!
To begin with Bangkok, the mad, crazy and crowded capital, well we couldn't start better than this as a huge political protest is happening, anti-government (Red shirts) and patriots (Yellow shirt) where few people died and were wounded, safe no?!
Cause: Proposed amnesty bill that would pardon wrongdoings since 2004, opposition to Thaksin Shinawatra's influence over the Pheu Thai Party and Thai politics!
Anyway we were part of the yellow shirts camp not for protesting but see what was happening and obviously it was more an happy and peaceful day as they were celebrating the King's birthday! So then it was safe!
